Responsibilities

- Oversee daily production and logistics operations
- Manage and coordinate the local team (supervisor + operators)
- Organize workflows to ensure smooth order processing
- Monitor production output, quality, and delivery timelines
- Ensure efficient use of machines and resources
- Handle stock organization and supply coordination
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Maintain operational structure and discipline
- Act as the main point of contact for operational matters
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in operations, logistics, or production management
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage a small team effectively
Hands-on mindset (not purely managerial)
Comfortable working in a structured operational environment
Basic technical understanding of production workflows
English required, Hungarian strongly preferred
