We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Budapest.
You will play a key role in executing daily production tasks across our laser engraving, embroidery, and printing workflows. This role is focused on consistency, precision, and following structured processes to ensure high-quality output.
You will work in a fast-paced but organized environment where efficiency and attention to detail are essential.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Operate laser engraving, embroidery, and printing machines following defined procedures
- Prepare and process production orders based on system instructions
- Set up machines according to product specifications
- Monitor machine performance and perform basic checks and adjustments
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain consistent production speed and accuracy
- Work closely with the supervisor to meet daily output targets
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines
Requirements
What We're Looking For
No prior experience required — full training provided
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills (data entry, simple interfaces)
Good manual dexterity and coordination
Hungarian required, basic English a plus
