About the Role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and support the Operations Manager in coordinating the team.
You will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, operators follow procedures, and quality standards are consistently met.
This is a hands-on role requiring both technical awareness and team coordination.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Supervise daily activities of production operators
- Ensure machines are used correctly and efficiently
- Monitor production output and quality standards
- Assist in organizing daily production planning
- Support onboarding and training of new operators
- Identify and report issues related to machines, quality, or delays
- Maintain discipline, structure, and organization on the production floor
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are respected
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Experience in a production or workshop environment
Previous experience supervising a small team is a plus
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to manage people in a structured environment
Reliable, proactive, and organized
Hungarian required, English a plus
